Constantine (2*):  2 to 3 feet

The breeze is whistling in from the west sou’ west this morning, bumping and slopping that same two to three foot swell that has been rolling our way all week.
The gradually brightening sky is full of promise for a fine day to come, the waves are lumpy but rippable here if you have the patience and there should be other alternatives opening up with the tide too!
So a fun day of surf and half decent weather awaits – don’t forget the sunblock!

Harlyn (2*):  1 to 2 feet

A foot or almost but not quite two of pretty little waves are stuttering into the shorebreak at high tide here this morning,
The breeze is offshore, the sun is fighting its way through that early morning low cloud barrier and the air temperature is a pleasant (for this early) 16 deg C.
the other side has bigger surf but you will probably have fun here today too!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  14:18  (0.8m)              High Tide:  20:13  (7.5m)

Surf Forecast for Friday 25th August 2017

We are expecting a calm and still day today, hopefully filled with sunshine and small but glassy little waves too!
The breeze is likely to be barely a breath for most of the day, drifting in from different directions but mainly from the south. So we should have some real small but clean and smooth little waves to glide across all day long!

Surf Conditions for August bank Holiday Weekend

And it’s looking promising for the big one!
The grand finale to this short lived and mixed surf season, one that might not be remembered when it comes to surf records or weather records, is upon us with the August Bank Holiday weekend threatening to finally deliver some bright sunshine, settled weather and small but fun surf.
A foot or two of fun surf is expected to find its way onto our favourite surf breaks locally, those light breezes adding a little sloppy effect to it all but also providing some fun little ramps for the more nimble to boost their air shows from too!
So a bit of a lazy kind of surf weekend is expected with cleaner conditions early and late each day, that hullabaloo of a bank holiday weekend at the beach entertaining us through the afternoons!
Have a great bank holiday weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
