Constantine (1*):  2 feet.

A grey and breezy, slightly damp morning is providing a bit of a sullen start to today, the air temperature fairly mild in spite of the rest of it.
The surf is a disappointing couple of feet and it is a little sloppy too. And the wind is forecast to slip further onshore while strengthening through the day. That will push more swell our way but will also chop it out.
So we are probably going to be seeing four feet or so of ragged and choppy surf through most of the day, just that bit bigger on this evening’s tide.

Harlyn (1*):  0 to 1 foot

There’s barely a foot of clean and glassy, teasing little waves gliding into the bay here this morning, the breeze blowing offshore from the south west.
The wind is likely to strengthen quite quickly, pushing more swell in and then hollowing those waves out.
This afternoon’s tide should show something bigger and better!

Surf Forecast for Thursday 30th March 2017

A strong south westerly wind should be pushing four to five feet of thick and rolling swell into the main bays, conditions remaining pretty junky from that same onshore wind.
So Harlyn is likely to be the venue of choice for the surf agin today with an expected three feet plus of offshore hollowed and spinning waves to play in!

Surf Conditions for the Rest of the week:

The beautiful, bright and calm conditions of last weekend have only been slowly giving way to something more unsettled, damper and windier as we go through this week.
All of the main surf breaks are now going to be chopped out as we roll through the back half of the week, Harlyn coming to the rescue as always when that sou’ wester blows!
The wind is likely to twitch more to the south through midweek but probably staying just the wrong side of south to allow our favoured breaks to shine.
A week of Harlyn awaits, three feet going to four through midweek, getting bigger again through the back half of the week.
Yep, by week’s end we should be enjoying some thwacking barrels at Harlyn!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
