We have found that
our customers are still reluctant to use e-commerce facilities so we decided
to do this bit the old way.
To order any of
our products either email or Fax (01841 520250).
We accept all cards that we know of .
When ordering, just fax or
email your requirements including the size and colour (if this applies).
We accept payment from all cards that we know of. We will need the number
and expiry date (and issue number if a debit card). Or send a cheque or
money order with your requirements. The postage and packing cost varies
and can be usually found alongside the product price. If unsure or you
are ordering a few items don't worry we will reply to your fax or email
with a price, or we can invoice you when the goods are despatched. We
aim at despatching all orders immediately they are received but please
bear in mind they may take a day or two to get to you (more for international).
To reassure you, we have now despatched goods worldwide with no problems
as yet. I would also assure you that we don't pass on any customer information
to anyone - so no junk mail.
Oh! And don't forget
to give us the delivery address! This must be the same as the cardholder if paying
by card.
