Things to Do

Getting out and around Constantine Bay

The camel Estuary between Padstow and Rock is excellent for Sailing, Windsurfing, Water Skiing and Wakeboarding. Most launching is from the Northern Side (Daymer Bay And Rock) although access is available from the Padstow side.

The Camel Trail cycle path is routed alongside the Estuary joining Padstow to Wadebridge. If you are feeling more adventurous jump over to the Parachute Centre at St. Merryn. Or walk the Coastal Footpath which follows the coastline around the entire county. If you’re into golf then there’s a full range of courses and ranges that will suit anyone’s budget.

Horseriding is always fun around this area and there are several stables that you can hire from. If you have never tried surfing then now is your opportunity.

Cheyne who owns Constantine Bay Surf School operates from the shop and has male and female instructors who are all Surfing GB Accredited Surf Coaches and fully Qualified Beach Lifeguards with a lifetime of local and international surfing experience.

Wetsuits, surfboards and bodyboards can all be hired from Constantine Bay Surf Store at reasonable rates.
