The weather is a little sullen this morning, not dully so but there’s more of a snuggly, cosy kind of greyness.
The breeze is light again, from the south east, spluttering against a tiny little swell.
If we were occupying more normal times we would be a little frustrated that the surf is so small but during these mixed up and crazy days we will probably be a little less irritated and happier to give it a miss because of that.
Although isolation does seem to be easier in the sunshine?

Surf Forecast for Sunday 19th April 2020

Light offshore breezes are going to be grooming and fussing over the tiniest of swells again today while the weather becomes a little mixed. We might see the odd shower but we should see enough brightness to enjoy our brief time outside.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A duller weekend is promised, with more small but still very tempting surf.
The wind is set to remain offshore all weekend, breezing in from the south east to make the very small surf look a little better than it really is. The weather is likely to be okay, not the stunning stuff of the last couple of weeks but pleasant enough between the odd shower.
By far most of the local guys are giving the surf a miss as isolation continues but it is hard with these unusually good surf conditions along with the very pleasant weather. But hey, these are tiny sacrifices compared to the global suffering that’s going on at the moment.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay home, wash your hands and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
