Constantine (2*):  3 to 4 feet

Summer is still reluctant to snuggle over us this morning as a chilly nor’ westerly blusters into the bays, the sky all cloud layered and dramatic but gradually thinning out already.
The surf is a choppy mess of three foot slop, cold looking but actually 15 or 16 deg C., so at least starting to feel a little more summery.
There are waves to ride if you’re keen (or desperate) enough but there’s not much shape or quality out there just yet!

Harlyn (2*):  1 to 2 feet

Harlyn is quiet this morning, the chilly nor’ westerly wind fussing its way in over the deep blue sea, making for sloppy and messy conditions for the one to two feet of small, weak waves.
The sky is already brightening but it’s still chilly with that lazy day feel to it all.
You’ll get a ride or two if you’re keen enough but it’s not great out there today!

Surf Forecast for Tuesday 14th June 2022

Light breezes, brighter skies and warmer temperatures might go some way towards balancing the shrinking surf size and poor shape of those little waves today.
We should get a longboard gliding session or two in but it’s likely to be tiny today at best!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

We are likely to be enjoying a bit of a lacklustre start to this week, a bit of a disappointment for mid June with chilly north westerly breezes chopping the small and shrinking surf through Monday and Tuesday.
There should be enough waves around to tempt you in if you’re at a loose end but there’s unlikely to be much of real interest to get you that excited.
But by midweek we could very well be celebrating a growing swell along with lots of warm sunny summer weather, light offshore breezes and a more halcyon atmosphere all round.
Summer is likely to glide over us with warmer temperatures, cleaner surf and long, lazy, wave filled days by Wednesday, peaking in surf size and air temperature by Friday.
The waves are likely to remain small for most of the time but should be clean and big enough to be rewarding, certainly through the back half of the week.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
