Constantine (4*):  3 to 4 feet

Bright Spring sunshine is spreading across the coast as a light offshore breeze fans the three feet of smooth rolling swell down in the bays today.
A mild, calm and pleasant day awaits, with really good surf, if you know where to look!

Harlyn (1*):  1 foot

Small waves are swinging into high tide Harlyn this morning, the early morning bird song a little less hurried than in those dark mornings of winter, the whoosh and wash of the surf calmer too.
It’s the other side for a surf today, and it is good over there, but if it’s a little dose of tranquility and calmness that you’re looking for, then sunny and silent Harlyn Bay is doing the job this morning!

Surf Forecast for Tuesday 22nd March 2022

We can expect more sunshine and offshore winds again today and just to remind us all as to why we bother pursuing this thing called surfing, we can expect the arrival of a brand new, shiny swell!
We can expect three to four feet in the morning, six to eight by evening of offshore and peeling, sunshiny barrels!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

It has been a bit of a wet ‘n windy, bumpy old winter hasn’t it?
And so it feels all the better as the Spring equinox brings a series of rolling swells, gliding through offshore breezes beneath some glorious Spring sunshine.
Smaller waves will be gliding into the bays against a steady south easterly breeze on Monday, a new swell pushing in hard against stronger offshores on Tuesday with the swell and the wind settling more as we go through midweek and into the end of the week.
It doesn’t get much better than this, so if you can book a week off to spend surfing the north Cornish coast then this is the week to do it!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
