At 6.55 a.m:
Constantine (1*): 2 feet
A thick layer of murk and mizzle is blocking the view down in the bay this morning, yesterday’s lights, camera and action crew of the Doc Martin series now gone, leaving an empty and fairly bleak looking beach in their wake.
The surf is small and crumbly with only a foot or two of weak and slow moving, fat faced kind of stuff meandering ashore.
But it should all improve through the afternoon, hopefully brightening as well by high tide.
And I’m away for a few days, looking forward to very proudly walking my beautiful daughter down the aisle on a clifftop haven in Italy.
So no surf reports for a few days!

Harlyn (0*): 0 to 1 foot
Hardly any waves are finding their way through another murky and misty, mizzle filled morning at Harlyn!
It’s moody and broody and atmospheric but there ain’t no surf to ride, not here, not today!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 15th June 2019
South westerly winds should push some bigger waves our way today, maybe getting big enough to get some small but clean stuff all the way around and into Harlyn.
The weather should be brighter too but only a little.
Surf Conditions for the Weekend
Westerly going south westerly winds should push through some lumpy and bumpy but bigger surf this weekend, offering that usual choice of bigger but choppier surf on the west side of the headland or smaller but sharper and cleaner little surf over the other side.
Harlyn versus Constantine then!
On Saturday Constantine should be three feetish and sloppy while Harlyn will be an optimistic foot or two but much cleaner and sharper. Similar but slightly smaller conditions on Sunday will probably steer you more towards Constantine but there should still be small and snappy little surf at Harlyn towards high tide.
So, whatcha going to do huh!?
I will not be making that decision this weekend as my little daughter is getting married! And so we are all jetting off to enjoy a few days of merriment and festivities! So no surf report until the end of next week!
