Constantine (0*):  6 feet

The wind is driving hard into the bay again this morning, stronger than fresh, just lighter than a gale but chilly and blustery and still irritating.
And so the surf is a mixed up mess of grey and lively mush being pushed and shoved onto the sand.
Harlyn could be the place so let’s have a little gander…..

The shop is open 10 till 5 through the weekend and have a load of discounted bargains waiting to be discovered, so drop in on Dan if you are around – he loves to be dropped in on!

Harlyn (0*):  3 to 4 feet

Sucky little waves are closing out at Harlyn this morning, the tide just at that stage where it all snaps shutter quicker than usual.
But some chunky sets are coming through, that south westerly wind blowing hard offshore and hollowing those sand drenched shutdowns.
The incoming tide should show some decent surf here today but it will be a test for your speedy reactions with only the most nimble enjoying these conditions!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 22nd February 2020

More big waves are expected today being blown in by more blustering west sou’ westerly winds.
It’s going to be another ‘Harlyn or not in‘ kind of day!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Harlyn is likely to be the venue of choice for this weekend’s surfing activities with more strong west sou’ westerly winds forecast for the entire weekend and beyond.
So with a six to eight foot groundswell being added to by an angry and blustering windswell too, we are likely to see big waves smashing our already battered stretch of coastline all week long and well into next weekend.
Big and booming, close-out barrels are expected on the morning dropping tides at Harly, the pushing afternoon tides showing some extra size and oomph as well as hopefully a little more shape too.
It could be really quite good this weekend, especially if you ate fleet of foot and quick limbed too! But you are still likely to run the risk of breaking that magic board!
Luckily we have a really good surf shop at Constantine Bay that has a surfboard sale going on at the moment!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you are doing!
