Constantine (3*):  3 to 4 feet

Well I could not have been more wrong about today’s forecast if I’d tried!
The sky is dark, the air is wet, the temperatures are low, the wind is offshore and the surf is pumping!
Three to four feet of curling and peeling, immaculately spinning waves are tubing into the bays, Hilly and a mate enjoying a tag-team peak hop, boogie sliding into those solitary mini-barrels.
There’s a wait between sets but they are there and they look hollow and they look fun!
Shame about the weather but hey ho, those waves look good enough!

Harlyn (1*):  1 foot

A foot or two of crumbly little waves are tumbling ashore on the slowly dropping tide at Harlyn this morning, the other side taking the honours in the ‘where-to-surf-today’ decision.
You would probably get a snappy little straighthander or two in here today but Constantine and Booby’s are where the action is!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 28th April 2018

Lighter north easterly winds are suddenly forecast for today as opposed to the light variables that were being forecast yesterday.
And so the weekend is suddenly perking up to be a bit of a surf drenched one, with only small waves but probably immaculate and offshore shaped, peeling waves to get your springtime shred on!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Oh, it could just turn out to be an okay weekend!
Only small and localised little swells are likely to be lazily drifting our way but the breeze should be calm on Saturday, switching offshore on Sunday.
So Saturday is likely to be a more mixed day, a typical April shower kind of day with only the lightest of onshore breezes drifting down from the north west.
By Sunday the sun should have settled in and the breeze is likely to have eased its way to offshore, a gentle north easterly helping to hold up the two feet of curling and peeling surf.
Well, that’s the plan anyway!
Have a great weekend wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
