Constantine (2*):  2 to 3 feet

It’s all quiet down in the bay on another lightly overcast, silver kind of morning. The breeze is light, drifting in from the west north west, providing that little bite to the temperature.
A couple of feet or so of glassy but crumbly surf is rolling in, the breeze not really having an effect on it at all yet.
Those waves are small and fairly weak looking but it is very surfable. Give it a while and the sun should be shining and that always makes even poor surf look fun!

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

Tiny waves are trickling into Harlyn this morning, maybe a foot, maybe not quite. The breeze is super light, the sky that silver blanket look, full of promise for something brighter later, maybe but not so hot just yet.
No, there’s no surf to ride here again today, it is pretty small over on the other side too but that’s the place to head for!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 4th May 2019

Light offshore breezes are likely to be holding up the one to two feet of surf, making it taller than it should be maybe.
But those same breezes are going to be from the north east and so bringing some much chillier air our way.
It should be warm and cheerful out of the breeze and in the sun but if you’re in a shaded spot where the breeze blows in then you’re going to feel it! Still, it should be fun gliding across some smooth wave faces in that clear sunshine, even if it is likely to be only small!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Small but clean and smart, very glideable surf should keep us happily occupied throughout this Holiday Weekend.
The air temperature might feel a little chilly but there should be plenty of clear skies for most of Saturday and Sunday with only some light cloud by Monday.
The breeze is set light and mainly offshore for most of the weekend, going a little side or onshore through the afternoons as the sea breeze effect kicks in.
So it does look like a very promising weekend of gliding across some real fun little waves beneath some mainly clear skies!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
