Constantine (3*):  3 to 4 feet

The hiss and swish of peeling waves can be heard from a distance on this still and warm, cosy morning. The sky is still leaden but that early morning fugg should clear eventually to reveal something a whole lot brighter – and warmer. In the meantime a very pleasant three foot swell is majestically cresting in the bay, the usual breaks pealing and spinning away, those almost head high wave faces as smooth as glass.
It’s promising to be a good day!

Harlyn (2*):  2 feet

Glassy little waves are spinning across the sand at Harlyn this morning, a couple of feet of snappy little watery walls dumping onto the sand, that occasional one spinning off for ever.
Once the cloud shifts it should be great place to enjoy a summer’s day of shimmying across waist high waves all day long!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 8th August 2020

A northerly breeze is going to keep a fresh feel top the air through today, probably making for a more comfortable feel for our visitors escaping that heat from further across the country.
But it is a also going to ruffle that same there efoot swell of the last few days.
The usual north sheltered breaks are going to be the go today, allowing some pleasant summer surf for those who are keen.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A warm and pleasant weekend is going to be made to feel fresher by a light northerly breeze this weekend, a steady three feet or so of slow and easy swell rolling along the coast and providing loads of fun surf without being too dramatic.
Hopefully that cloud cover that was shielding the sunshine at the end of the week will be shifted by the breeze, allowing the beachgoers a reason to linger longer.
All of our breaks should have plenty of fun and warm, if a little ruffled and crumbled surf for everyone to enjoy all weekend long!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
