Constantine (3*):  1 to 2 feet

The bays are hunkering down beneath a thick cushion of cloud this morning, the air temperature mild enough though and a kind of brightness pushing through. The surf is looking gorgeous though – tiny but gorgeous. A foot or two of sheet glass peelers are peaking and spinning their way ashore, a handful of earlybirds gliding across some fun looking walls of glass. And it should get better!

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

Harlyn is silent this morning, snuggled beneath an immense cushion of cloud, the musical wash of the occasional glassy wave gentle and soothing. There’s no surf to ride here today but it is a very calming and soothing place to linger a while.

Surf Forecast for Tuesday 14th September 2021

All of the surf forecast sites are excited about today’s surf with star ratings being spread like confetti’s.  And who can blame them with a wide open and rhythmic swell pulsing our way with a mid teens wavelength and offshore breezes to greet it.
We can expect 3 to 5 feet of smooth and perfect surf with mild air temperatures and even some brightness, all day long!
So grab your favourite board, splash out on a bar of wax and go ride some waves!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

A thumping great low pressure system has been cruising up the North Atlantic and will be pulsing swells our way for the next few days.  And those swells are going to be greeted by mainly light offshore breezes, maybe going more southerly and strengthening later in the week but still providing those early morning sessions and late evening glass-offs too.
So, we are looking forward to a week of excellent surf with smooth swells and big gaps between those silky waves staring on Tuesday with an expected three to five foot swell, south easterly breezes and maybe even a little sunshine too!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
