Constantine (2*):  1 to 2 feet

There’s a touch of hard frost out there this morning, shining in the marram and glinting in the sand.
But the sun is already warming things up, the cloud-free sky reflected in the deepest of turquoise seas.
And, there’s surf!
The start of a new swell is showing itself as smooth, tiny lines slide into the bays, all glassy and glistening and curling and peeling.
It’s only a foot or so right now but give it time…….

Harlyn (1*):  0 to 1 foot

Harlyn is utterly tranquil this morning, that golden crescent of sand hugging the quiet Atlantic, a smooth sea of blue, blue glass stretching to the horizon.
And there is a ripple of surf slapping against the sand, just indicating the arrival of the first lines of a new swell.
