Constantine (1*):  0 to 1 foot

A heavy, dull old morning is clinging to the bay this morning with a light east south easterly breeze continuing to drift offshore.
The surf is almost flat but not quite. If you have the patience there are some pretty little knee high peelers washing through every now and again. But you’ll have to wait for them!
And I wouldn’t be surprised to see something a bit brighter peek through that greyness by lunchtime either!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

The air is quiet over at Harlyn this morning, it’s almost sullen beneath that dense, grey cloud. And the silent sea is almost perfectly flat agin too, the odd tiny wash of ripples shooting across the sand.
It’s a pleasant place to pass a moment or two but there’s no surf to ride here today.

Surf Forecast for Sunday 18th October 2020

A light south easterly breeze will continue to groom some tiny little waves again today. If you have a buoyant longboard and a whole lot of patience you’ll enjoy a few gliders but it is going to be tiny! The weather should be fab though.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A lazy weekend of small but offshore smoothed little waves should keep us occupied enough throughout this weekend.
We might just see some shower action as we go into Saturday as a couple of low pressure systems approach either end of the country and then by the start of next week one or the other is likely to be taking control! But before then we shouldn’t see much more than the odd shower or two.
The breeze is likely to continue to gust lightly from the east and south east, straight offshore at all of our preferred local surf breaks and while the surf is likely to be only small throughout the weekend, the wind is likely to hold those waves taller than they might otherwise be.
There should be just enough underlying little swell to make for some enjoyable sessions all weekend long.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
