Constantine (2*):  4 feet

And finally the wind has eased and the rain has stopped!
There’s the lightest of frosts just clinging to the marram this morning as a bright blue sky spreads from a sunburst dawn.
The breeze is light and offshore, from the south east and bumping headlong into three to four feet and bigger of quite close together and peaky waves as they struggle to break in that half tide trough.
It should be a whole lot better later as the tide sorts itself out but conditions have been so windswept here lately that we don’t know what the breaks are going to be like under clean conditions. But expectations are high for a neap tide HTC maybe!

And we are having a FLASH SALE this weekend with BIG reductions on all of our wetsuits, surfboards and accessories as well as Vissla, Lightning Bolt, Lighthouse, Patagonia and our own clothing, bags and everything else!            So if you are around the area this weekend and fancy treating yourself to a bit of a bargain then drop-in on us anytime between 10 and 5!

Harlyn (3*):  3 feet

The breeze is light and straight offshore at Harlyn this morning, holding up a couple to three feet of smooth swell and helping to make it look all clean and inviting. The sets are bigger when they eventually swing into the bay, promising better with the rising tide.
It’s bright and sunny and cheery and looks like fun!

Today’s Tide Times:

Surf Forecast for Sunday 19th January 2020

A four foot swell should be meeting the lightest of offshore breezes under a clear winter’s sky all day long today making for a pleasant day’s surf wherever along the coast that you choose to paddle out!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Ooh, we could be in for a good ‘un!
It’s hard to believe after those endless days of wind and rain isn’t it?!
But Saturday should be bright and breezy as high pressure settles over us for a few days, offering clear skies, light winds and still that thick winter swell. It might be a bit nippy in the early mornings and evenings but we can live with that!
We can expect easterly going north easterly breezes all day long as four feet of mid period swell curls its way onto our surf breaks!
The breeze should lighten further through Sunday, staying offshore, more from the north east today so even colder still but clear and sunny too.
With a slightly smaller swell but still keeping its winter strength, we should be enjoying the delights of all of our choice surf breaks all day long today!
Oh, and if your wetsuit isn’t all that it might be, we are having a FLASH SALE in the shop this weekend!
Some wetsuits are £50 off, others (including what we have left of our PATAGONIA suits!!) are HALF-PRICE plus we have loads off all of our other stuff too (technical boots from £25!). So if you are around this weekend then drop in on us for a bargain winter warmer!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
