At 7.15 a.m:
Constantine (4*): 3 feet.
It’s a whole lot duller this morning with a canopy of grey spread above and a lot of dampness in the air.
The breeze is still offshore though and there’s still a steady three foot swell crisply sliding ashore, so it’s not all bad.
Right now there is a beautiful left-hander spinning off the end of the Reef as well as a very pleasant looking peak over at Boobies.
The sun might put in an appearance eventually if only briefly but otherwise it’s the surf that is going to draw you to the beach today and it should be a worthwhile visit!
Harlyn (0*): 0 to 1 foot
Sloppy little ripples are as much as you can expect here today, the breeze lightly blowing from the east north east, just onshore here.
No, it’s the other side again today, it’s clean and fun looking over the headland!
Today’s Tide Times:
Low Tide: 09:06 (1.9m) High Tide: 14:59 (6.1m)
Surf Forecast for Sunday 20th March 2016
The breeze is expected to stay offshore, a light north easterly, while the sun is likely to be brighter and clearer. the surf though will have eased back to maybe a foot or two. Still sharp and clean and fun to glide on but much smaller than it has been.
Surf Conditions for the Weekend
This wonderful week of both surf and weather looks set to mainly continue through the weekend!
The size of those waves is likely to ease off too but the breeze should stay offshore and the skies should eventually be clear for most of the time. There might be a greyer period through Saturday but that wonderful brightness should soon return.
So Saturday should be two to three feet, offshore and eventually sunny while Sunday should be a foot or two and yes, offshore and sunny too!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
