Constantine (3*):  2 feet.

It’s a spectacularly beautiful morning this morning, the sky is clear, the birdsong is musical and the breeze is light!
There is that chilly little bite in the air as well, always a promise of a clear day to come.
The surf is pretty small but immaculately shaped, a couple of feet of pristine, peeling perfection, the easterly breeze shaping and folding and hollowing those peaks into something better.
Yep, it’s small but beautiful out there this morning!

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

That breeze that is helping to shape the waves into those things of beauty over the other side of the headland is destroying the almost non-existent waves that are trickling in here this morning.
Barely six inches of sloped and chopped, random little wavelets are sloshing onto the sand, still beautiful but not really surfable.

Surf Forecast for Monday 27th March 2017

Another beautiful day filled with small but gorgeously shaped waves should greet us this morning!
One to two feet of of gliding mellowness should provide today’s taste of Summer to come!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

The beautiful, bright and calm conditions of the weekend are only slowly going to give way to something more unsettled, damper and windier as we go into this week.
Monday should see another very pleasant day with only small but very nice surf teasing us with the idea of summer days to come. By Tuesday though, the wind will be swinging back onshore and strengthening, a brisk sou’ wester asserting itself on the weather pattern, pushing in a thick and building swell.
So all of the main surf breaks are going to be chopped out as we roll into this week, Harlyn coming to the rescue as always when that sou’ wester blows!
The wind is likely to twitch more to the south through midweek but probably staying just the wrong side of south to allow our favoured breaks to shine.
A week of Harlyn awaits, three feet going to four through midweek, getting bigger again through the back half of the week.
Yep, by week’s end we should be enjoying some thwacking barrels at Harlyn!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
