Constantine (4*):  4 to 6 feet

There was a solid and lined up swell rolling into the channel for my return ferry crossing yesterday evening and that same swell is now lining up along the whole coast this morning.
Four feet plus of thick and curling waves are wrapping into the bays and being met by a light offshore (east nor’ east) breeze.
High pressure is settling over us and so we should be enjoying some fine weather in a minute as well as those small tides keeping everything neat.
So, the surf is pumping the weather should brighten up and the breeze is offshore!
Let’s go surfing!

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

That breeze is strong enough and onshore enough to chop and crumble the foot or so of weak swell that is managing to swing all the way around the headland and stumble back into Harlyn.
It’s almost flat and choppy.

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  19:58  (3.0m)              High Tide:  13:17  (5.5m)

Surf Forecast for Friday 19th October 2018

Light offshore breezes are going to continue to groom and shape the smaller but still very sortable swell.
A couple to three feet of peeling fun-in-the-sun will be waiting for us today!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

It looks as though we are in for a very nice weekend filled with quality surf and pleasant weather, just what is needed to kick off the school half-term holidays.
With an expected increase in swell size again on Saturday we could just be enjoying four to five feet of smooth and lined up surf all day long, that breeze continuing to whisper from the south east as high pressure takes control of our weather.
Sunday will see only slightly smaller surf but still with those same light offshores and hopefully some more bright sunshine too.
Yep, a gorgeous and surf filled weekend is waiting for us!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
