Constantine (0*):  Flat

A light and welcome, slightly cooler south easterly breeze is drifting offshore this morning, another sunlit and gorgeous, clear skied and hot one promising more high temperatures and another lazy beach day.
The surf is flat but the water is warm and clear so let’s go for a paddle instead!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

The silver smooth, flat calm sea is beckoning this morning, the early morning swim group delighting in the clear skied and sunny warmth of another gorgeous summer morning.
It is quietly beautiful but there’s absolutely no surf whatsoever!

Surf Forecast for Friday 23rd July 2021

Fresh offshore winds will drop the air temperature today, still allowing a pleasantly warm and sunny day to start but making way for something maybe a bit damper later on.
And we should see some waves today too!
Nothing too exciting but more than enough to get excited about after a week of flatness!
A foot or two of gorgeously shaped and peeling little waves should have us all scrabbling for those longboards today!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Ah, our mini heatwave is likely to have gradually eased away by this weekend, brisk breezes and thunderstorms replacing that high pressure sunshine of the week.
We might see just enough surf to be rideable on Saturday with offshore wind in the morning making for very attractive and tempting little opportunities if your board is big enough.
By Sunday the wind is likely to have slipped to the North West, dropping air temperatures to the high teens celsius for the first time in a week or more.
Saturday’s thundery downpours are likely to be replaced by briefer showers on Sunday with some sharp sunshine inbetween.
So, all in all, although a bit more of a mixed weekend of weather than we have seen for a while there should be enough sunshine to keep most happy while satisfying the gardeners’ and farmers’ desire for some more wetness too.
Surfers are likely to continue to be frustrated but with a little bit of searching about we should find just enough to make it worthwhile.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekernd, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
