Constantine (0*):  Flat.

A peaceful, almost subdued dawn is gradually unfolding about us this morning, the breeze light and offshore, the sky that rippled grey/blue of Autumn and the sea flat calm.
There’s barely a ripple gliding across the silken smooth surface of the ocean this morning, the breeze only light so far but with the promise to blow hard soon. And that hard blowing offshore wind will block pretty much any swell from arriving on our shores today and maybe tomorrow too.
The weekend is starting to look like it might be small but clean though!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat.

No, there’s no surf here today!
Some slopped and chopped ripples are slapping their way to the sand but there’s nothing that would float a surfboard!
It is still a beautiful place to just be though, even on a chopped out, flat and grey day like today!

Surf Forecast for Friday 25th November 2016

Flat conditions look likely again for today, with those same fresh offshore winds holding back any wandering swells that might amble our way.
It should be brighter though!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

With only a tiny piece of luck we could be enjoying a fun and pretty weekend of small but beautifully shaped surf!
The winds are set to continue to blow easterly, offshore, all weekend but easing in strength as we go along too.
So, Saturday might show some knee to hip high, offshore sculpted little peelers while Sunday should attract just a little more size.
Throw some stretches of cheery winter sunshine into the mix and suddenly we could be having ourselves a fun few days of sliding and gliding in those relatively still quite warm waters. Or maybe it’s best to say that the water is nowhere near as cold as it is going to be!
And the St. Merryn Christmas Fayre is on this weekend in the Parish Hall and that’s always a great one as well!!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
