Constantine (1*):  1 to 2 feet

It’s all a little chillier out there this morning, the wind whistling down from the north west, carrying a noticeable bite to it too.
And of course with that wind the surf isn’t great. A foot or two of slopped out and choppy little waves are tumbling ashore, all mixed up and directionless. But the sky is brightening and streaks of blue can be seen just over there, so we should enjoy some light and bright sunshine for most of today, even if that wind is cold and the surf is junk!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

That cold north westerly breeze is wheezing in onshore at Harlyn as well this morning, chopping and lumping the otherwise flat sea.
There’s no surf here this morning and it is all a bit dark and wintery looking too but the promise of something brighter and lighter and more relaxing is in the air. Give it a couple of hours and it should be a bright and pleasant enough place to pass a few hours.

Surf Forecast for Friday 3rd May 2019

More north westerly, onshore breezes are going to keep temperatures low but if you find a little shelter then the bright sunshine should make it all more pleasant.
The surf is likely to be small at best for most of the day. Barely a sloppy foot or two of crumbly surf is as much as we can expect but it might just build through the afternoon to a couple of feet of onshore crumbled fun for the high tide.

Surf Conditions for the Holiday Weekend

Small but clean and smart, very guidable surf should keep us happily occupied throughout this Holiday Weekend.
The air temperature might feel a little chilly but there should be plenty of clear skies for most of Saturday and Sunday with only some light cloud by Monday.
The breeze is set light and mainly offshore for most of the weekend, going a little side or onshore through the afternoons as the sea breeze effect kicks in.
So it does look like a very promising weekend of gliding across some real fun little waves beneath some mainly clear skies!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
