Yesterday’s mist and fog has cleared away overnight to leave another fabulously bright and sunny summer’s day for us all to enjoy.
The sky is clear, the breeze is light and the surf is pumping in.
Four to five feet of thick and swirling swell is lumping its way into the bay, really needing an offshore to help to waken it up and we should enjoy a light north easterly for a few hours before the sea breezes kick in.
We can expect more glassy and lumpy surf in spite of this afternoon’s light onshores.   

Harlyn (2*):  2 to 3 feet  

The air is still and clear and warm at Harlyn this morning, that bright sunshine radiating across the fields as two to three feet of lumpy surf crashes ashore.
Those waves should sharpen up as the tide pushes in, and the occasional sets will be more consistent.
So we can expect another great day of sun and surf all day long – just take your pick of our spectacular beaches, wax up, and enjoy!   

Surf Forecast for Wednesday 16th June 2021  

Offshore breezes should be grooming a building and strengthening swell through this morning before those sea breezes swing in after lunch.
Five star conditions are going to be on offer at all of our preferred surf breaks at least until early afternoon when the wind changes, requiring a little effort in finding where the best conditions are.
The surf is likely to get big enough to be testing with those swells doubling in size as we go through the day, so if you’re feeling a little uncertain just check with the lifeguards as to the best place to go.  

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

Bright and settled conditions are going to please us all as we slip into another very summery week filled to the brim with quality surf and fine, fine weather.
The breezes are set light and variable, offering cleaner conditions to the earlybirds amongst us, those onshore sea breezes kicking in by lunchtime each day, the evening glass-offs rewarding the after work crew.
With a better than pleasant four feet of evenly spaced swell expected through the start of the week, building into something more solid through the back half of the week, there’ll be no shortage of surf all along the Cornish coast this week, maybe becoming a little testing in size as we go into week’s end.
So, settle in and enjoy these gorgeous conditions – and don’t forget the sunblock!
