Constantine (2*):  2 to 3 feet

The thick fog of dawn is quickly giving way to something a whole lot brighter and cheerier and drier and milder this morning!
A clear blue sky is smiling down on a decent couple of feet of fairly close-fetch but wind smoothed little surf, that breeze whispering down from the north east and so having a bit of a chill sting to it. So it looks as though a fun day of small but fun looking surf lies ahead, the breeze set light and offshore, the sun happily settling into that vast and empty sky and the beaches empty after the holiday weekend.
Enjoy!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

The crystal clear sea is flat smooth here this morning, a silver turquoise mirror spreading to the horizon, a tiny wash peeling to the sand.
It looks like a fabulous place to launch a SUP session this morning but then there are little waves to ride over on the other side of the headland too!

Surf Forecast for Wednesday 3rd May 2017

We are expecting a decent three foot and bigger groundswell to smoothly pour our way today, the breeze light and offshore, the sun set to shine all day long!
Yep, really!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

After a damp and windswept start to the week, we will be welcoming back those north easterly winds to blow their chill air offshore in some much brighter weather.
A thick and lumping swell is expected to roll our way through May Day Monday, six feet and bigger of windblown and raggedy swells will be battering their way into our bays and coves, the wind blowing enough rain in to try and dampen the Padstow celebrations. But May Day is bigger than that and it should end up being okay weather wise but maybe not until the evening.
By Tuesday the wind should have eased and backed to the north east, putting a bit more shape in the two to three feet of close together but fun surf.
By midweek the swell should have built, the wind is likely to have settled offshore from the north east and east and the weather should have settled into a pattern of calm, clear sunshine too.
Yep, it is looking very good for most of this week with decent waves expected all the way through!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
