At 7.25 a.m:

Constantine (4*):  4 to 6 feet.

Four to six feet of sheer bliss is cascading to the beach this morning!
The breeze is offshore (from the south east), the swell is smooth and even with big spaces between waves and swell lines and the air is, well, actually it is a bit chilly and a little overcast – but that should all brighten and warm soon enough.
In the meantime everything else is as perfect as you would ever want it be!

Harlyn (3*):  2 to 3 feet.

A couple to three feet of easy surf is sliding shorewards this morning, the breeze light and offshore, the lazy swell smooth and even.
The tide is a little too high right now but that will change by the time you’re reading this and conditions should sharpen as that tide drops back.
If the other side is too much or if you just prefer Harlyn then you should enjoy a great day surf riding here today!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  14:17  (1.3m)              High Tide:  20:10  (7.0m)

Surf Forecast for Wednesday 5th October 2016

The wind is set offshore while the swell continues to roll our way!
The surf is likely to be just a tad smaller today but no less stoking. Throw in some brighter weather and we are looking at another day of fabulous surf conditions!
And I will be sailing away in the night so there will be no surf report for a week or so. but it’s going to be pumping and clean all the way through, so no worries there!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

We are in for an epic week of surfing this week!
A building swell opened the action on an offshore Monday morning. Starting out in the two to three feet range it wasn’t long before four to five feet sets and then those six foot swells rolled in by the evening.
The swell is likely to peak overnight or into the morning, dropping back to three to four feet or so by Tuesday evening and then staying that way through most of the week and maybe longer!
Offshore winds, clear skies, mid-teens swell periods, empty beaches and warm water are all going to spoil us rotten this week!
I’m away for a week or so from midweek this week but no worries, it looks as though conditions should stay great all the way through!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
