It looks like the start of another beautiful summer’s day down in the bay this morning but that breeze (probably soon to be a wind!) is still a wee bit chilly!
The surf is all but flat too, there’s barely a shin high little wavelet crawling through every now and again. But it is glassy so far and the tide has a way to rise and it is all very beautiful down there so it might just be worth dragging a longboard down for a glide later. Maybe.
There than that it could be nice for a SUP but watch out for that wind, it is likely to push you along quite quickly and it’s chilly too.
Harlyn (0*): Flat
No, it is completely flat around here this morning. And that north easterly wind that is so prettily offshore over the other side of the headland is onshore here, ruffling and slopping the surface of that blue, blue sea.
A nice place for a paddle today but forget the surfboards!
Today’s Tide Times:
Low Tide: 17:31 (1.8m) High Tide: 11:08 (6.3m)
Surf Forecast for Wednesday 10th June 2015
It looks like it’s going to be pretty much an action replay of Monday and Tuesday again today with only tiny waves but clean and clear, bright and sunny weather.
At least the water temperature should warm up quickly at this rate!
Surf Conditions for the Rest of the Week
A pleasant week of sunshine and summer weather lies in wait for us this week but the surf could suffer as a result.
We will be lucky to see much more than a foot or so of maybe quite weak surf this week, hopefully nicely shaped and clean and glassy but real small.
The wind should be mainly light, offshore in the mornings, strengthening and maybe slipping more sideshore with the sea breeze effect through the afternoons.
Otherwise though, we should be in for a very pleasant, more summery kind of week with enough little waves to keep our glide alive!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
