Surf Report for Wednesday 1st November 2017

At 6.55 a.m:

Constantine (0*):  Flat

A bright and hazy, beautiful Autumn morning is spreading across the countryside, the air still, the sky a hazed blue, that naturally filtered sunlight straining to push through the early morning mist.
It is pretty fabulous out there this morning but the surf is all but flat.
Teasing little ripples are gliding across the smooth sea but they are no more than a foot on the biggest set wave.
We might just get enough to glide a longboard on the rising tide but you’re going to have to pick that moment when those little peaks hopefully stumble across something shallower.

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

It is gorgeous around here again this morning but there’s barely a ripple to disturb the mirror-like smoothness that is spreading itself to the horizon.
grab a boat or a paddle board because a surfboard is going to be redundant here today!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  09:16  (1.9m)              High Tide:  15:10  (6.8m)

Surf Forecast for Thursday 2nd November 2017

Small waves continue to tease today but maybe, just maybe, they might be bigger than they have been!
A foot or two at most of smooth and enticing, offshore smoothed little waves should tempt us in for hopefully a fun but small longboard session.

Surf Conditions for the Rest of the Week

As a weak high-pressure system nudges over us we might just enjoy a calm and pleasant start to this week.
Offshore breezes and some sharp and clear sunshine are going to be just a little bit wasted on the only small surf through Monday, barely a foot or so of immaculately peeling little surf teasing its way into the week.
The wind is likely to switch more to the south for Tuesday, helping to push just a little more swell our way but also making for more crumbly and slightly sloppier conditions.
And then we are likely to be enjoying light offshores through the back half of the week, the weather being a little dull maybe but with those small waves offering some gliding heaven to the longboard sliders and small wave dancers who have the time!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
