Constantine (1*): 3 to 4 feet
A drier, lighter and breezier day is cheering up the coastline this morning with a gusting westerly wind hurrying bundles of clouds out of the way along the horizon.
That same wind though is making a right mess of the three feet or so of mixed up and chopped out surf that is bouncing into the bay, the high tide making for fat conditions anyway.
No, it’s a blown out day for surfing.
Maybe the kitesurf guys will be all over it, they were the only ones having fun out there a couple of days ago!
Harlyn (1*): 1 to 2 feet
That westerly wind is blustering into Harlyn this morning, topping and tumbling the one to two feet of small and fairly weak looking little waves.
The tide is quite high right now and so those little waves are slow moving and flat faced but at least they will step up ads the tide eases out.
But this wind is here to stay all day long by the feel of it!
Still, it is nice in the sunshine.

Surf Forecast for Thursday 6th June 2019
Light onshore breezes are likely to drift up from the south west today threatening a shower or two for the Royal Cornwall Show but keeping things bright and breezy for most of the time.
That same little three feet or so of windswell should continue to roll our way, providing some sloppy surf at the main breaks but only tiny conditions for an offshore blowing Harlyn.
It looks like it’s going to be one of those typical junk summer surf kind of days today!
Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week
A breezy week lies ahead with those light sou’ westerlies of Monday becoming gusting southerlies by Tuesday, blowing fresher and from the west through Wednesday before calming through the end of the week.
Those onshore should continue to support the four feet or so of lumpy swell that will be rolling our way all week, that swell peaking in size on Monday and again on Wednesday.
And so Harlyn is likely to be the surf destination of choice locally this week with fun surf suitable for just about everybody!
And how much is that water warming up! It’s summer suit time for sure and we have a shop full of them!
