Constantine (2*):  4 to 6 feet

The bays are basking in plenty of early Winter sunshine this morning, a light but steady sou’ westerly breeze drifting onshore just strong enough to add a bump to the thick, rolling four feet or so of tempting surf.
That wind will strengthen through the day but otherwise it looks set to be bright and pleasant enough as we laze between those weather fronts at the start of L2W2 (Lockdown 2, week 2).

Harlyn (2*):  3 to 4 feet

A thick three feet of hollowed surf is jumping onto the sand as the tide eases towards low at Harlyn this morning, an almost empty bay being beautified by a majestic, bright sunrise.
The incoming tide will improve the closey outyness of that surf a little but that is the nature of Harlyn – you just have to be quick!

Surf Forecast for Friday 13th November 2020

A six foot swell and south westerly winds with some bright November sunshine during a global pandemic shutdown.
It has to be Harlyn doesn’t it!?

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Having dodged between those wet ‘n windy weather fronts as this week passed by, the worst of the weather slipping by overnight, we are probably going to feel the wind and rain of winter this weekend.
Strong south westerly winds are going to be pushing plenty of stormy swells our way, Harlyn playing host again locally.
We can expect that thick and offshore hollowed three to four feet kind of crunchy surf through Saturday, building and getting into the big size range through Sunday.
That wind is more than likely going to hit storm force for periods though so it is going to be a bit of a battle out there as well!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
