Constantine (2*):  2 to 3 feet

There’s a touch of autumn in the air again this morning, a chill hint of cold pawing at you on the north westerly breeze.
But the sky is clearing and the breeze is light enough to not mess the two or three feet of mixed up surf too much, so we should manage to get a fun session or two in today.

Harlyn (1*):  1 to 2 feet

Harlyn is already busying up as the early morning swim crew finish their morning cuppa and slip quietly away after another refreshing start to their day.
No seals to swim with this morning and the air is chillier but there is a little (tiny!) wave to keep the handful of earlybird beginner surfers happy.
It’s the other side for waves again today but if Harlyn is your thing then you’ll have a bit of fun slip-sliding on the playful little one footers.

Surf Forecast for Saturday 20th August 2022

West sou’ westerly winds are going to be shoving three feet or so of close-fetch windswell our way today and with mainly clear skies, comfortable air temperatures and only a mainly light breeze, everything is looking good for another fun filled summer’s day!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A couple of little highish low pressure systems are going to be merging over northern Britain as we go through this weekend making for some pleasant weather with light onshore winds, mainly clear skies and some close-together little windswell.
There might be just enough surf on Saturday to swing some small waves into Harlyn where the wind could just drift south enough to be offshore, allowing some small but lovely little snappers.
But generally it’s likely to be a weekend of mushy and mixed up but fun waves at our main surf breaks, the enjoyment of actually dropping down a wave face making a welcome return for a moment after weeks of tiny, more ‘tuck and turn‘ little runners.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
