Constantine (3*):  5 to 6 feet

A steady trickle of rain is muffling the roar of a thick and lumpy five feet of driving swell down in the bays this morning. The lightest of southerly breezes isn’t quite helping to shape those grey waves as much as we would like but the reef is managing to fold a few reeling left-handers quite nicely.
That wind is forecast to strengthen and swing onshore soon enough though but at least that should bring some brighter weather our way too and will help Harlyn to start to shine!

Harlyn (3*):  3 to 4 feet

There are long gaps between the sets of four foot waves that are looping into a rain sodden Harlyn Bay this morning, always a sign of a ‘thicker-than-it-looks’ kind of swell.
And those set waves are looking good as they crash and spin onto the hardened sand, promising to build a little as the tide continues to rise.
With the wind forecast to slip more south westerly later this morning, a fun day of quality surf is in the offing at Harlyn today!

Surf Forecast for Saturday 21st may 2022

South westerly winds are likely to be pushing three to four feet of bumpy, lumpy swell our way through today, making `Harlyn the surf destination of choice locally.
We can expect a fun couple of feet of curling and fast moving surf pretty much all day long.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend.

South westerly winds are going to be pushing along a gradually dropping swell throughout this coming weekend making Harlyn the surf break of choice once again.
We can expect a fun three feet or so of adequate surf through Saturday, that south westerly wind drifting offshore at Harlyn to make for clean and hollow conditions.
Although the size is likely to reduce gradually through Sunday we should still have enough surf to make for enjoyably clean conditions at Harlyn or something bumpier snd lumpier but still fun at our more westerly facing surf breaks.
So, all in all, a good weekend of ample surf and reasonable weather awaits!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
