Constantine (2*):  3 to 4 feet

There’s only a lightly damp touch of Autumn in the air as another Equinox quietly slides by this morning.
A cool breeze is gliding down the coast from the north, ruffling the surface of the sea but helping the three feet or so of grey looking, peaky surf to unfold smoothly into it.
Lefthanders are ruling this morning!

Harlyn (1*):  2 feet

The northerly breeze is chilling the early morning swimmers at Harlyn this morning while chopping the surface of the wintery looking sea.
There’s a foot or two of junky surf washing onto the sand on the dropping tide but nothing to get too excited about. The other side has better waves today!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  11:06  (1.9m)              High Tide:  17:04  (6.6m)

Surf Forecast for Saturday 24th September 2022

That same northerly breeze is expected to continue to bring cooler air down the coast as well as spreading some dampness while it’s at it today.
So the surf will be okay, mainly in the three foot size range with those spots that are more sheltered from those northerlies throwing a few left-handers across the bays.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Northerly winds are going to drop the air temperature this weekend, blowing across the west facing bays on Saturday easing more offshore, more north easterly through Sunday.
So the surf will be prettier on Sunday but, of course, the swell will be weakening through Sunday too!
But overall we should be enjoying some fun, early Autumn surf with enough bright weather to keep everyone cheery and just enough surf to keep that muscle memory sharpened.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
