Constantine (3*):  2 to 3 feet

A cold north easterly breeze is dragging across the bays on an otherwise pleasantly mild, cloud strewn but so far dry morning. And that breeze is holding up the three feet or so of ruffled and bumped but smooth faced swells.
There’s one guy out and having fun on a very pleasantly surfy morning.

Harlyn (1*):  1 to 2 feet

A foot or so of bumpy little waves are crashing onto the sand on a quiet and seaweed strewn Harlyn beach this morning, all quiet and peaceful other than for the drilling and hammering, seasonal call of the winter jobbing building crews, mixing with the coos and caws of breakfasting seabirds.

Surf Forecast for Saturday 28th January 2023

Light northerly breezes will be chilling the sunny air today as a foot or two of okay shaped, long wave period swell bumps into our bays.
Longboarders could be getting the best out of it all today.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

We should be enjoying light breezes this weekend, cold and from the north through Saturday, milder but maybe damper to start with on Sunday, coming more from the west.
So clean little one to two foot surf will greet us on a chilly but bright start to the weekend with fun little gliders to slide across for most of the day. Picking the right tide to time to breeze combination is going to help improve it all but there should be some fun surf for everyone on Saturday.
Sunday will provide bumpier conditions with those onshore breezes ruffling and crumbling an otherwise fun three feet of surf. If it was summer temperatures we’d all be loving it but this time of year maybe only the more enthusiastic will be keen.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
