The surf store was founded by Cheyne's Father in 1990. We took it over at the beginning of Summer 2026 and we hope we can further grow this little business on the foundations that have been set.
Cheyne has been surfing since he was a young grom, growing up in the seven bay area and sharing the waves with many local legends. As a teenager he began travelling the world and surfing his face off. He has built his life around surfing, starting a surf school over twenty years ago, so the opportunity to run his own surf shop was a no brainer.
Sophie met Cheyne when she was working in the surf shop aged 19. Taking it on has never been a pipeline dream, but as surfer's wife, she is pretty used to this surf-orientated life now.
She is an established artist and a small corner of the shop has been allocated for her work.
We really want to bring you quality surf and beach products, expert knowledge and unique gifts.
Our shop is open to everyone, whether you surf or not, so if you're passing do call in!
