Constantine (3*):  4 feet.

A cool but gorgeous morning is brightening up the coastline this morning, the deep atlantic blue contrasting the early morning shadows of the hazy headland.
The wind has dropped!
So there’s a very light breeze trickling across the bay, still putting a lump or two into that three to four foot swell but otherwise as gentle as an angel’s caress.
Right now the tide is too high but as soon as it drops I suspect that we are going to be treated to some beautiful surf in some crisp autumn sunshine.
Do you remember those real surfboards, you know the more streamlined and pointier ones? Yeah, one of them!  That’ll do for here today!

Harlyn (3*):  2 to 3 feet.

A couple of feet or so of still lumpy but fun looking little waves re wandering onto the high tide bank. A little lazy looking but that’s just the tide. It will all sharpen up as the tide empties out.
It’s a beautiful day here as well!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  13:18  (1.1m)              High Tide:  19:12  (7.3m)

Surf Forecast for Monday 3rd October 2016

Offshore winds and a building swell are going to cheer up the start of this week!
Three to four feet going four to six feet of rolling groundswell should be pushing our way through today, all manicured and groomed by a brisk south easterly wind!
It has been a while but should be all the better for the wait!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

We could just be in for a bit of an epic week of surfing this week!
A building swell should open up the action on an offshore Monday morning. Starting out in the three feet range it won’t be long before we see some four to five feet sets and then those six foot swells should roll in by the evening.
The swell is likely to peak overnight dropping back to three feet or so by Tuesday morning but staying that way through most of the week and maybe longer!
Offshore winds, clear skies, mid-teens swell periods, empty beaches and warm water are all going to spoil us rotten this week!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
