Constantine (3*):  2 feet

There’s a light touch of frost twinkling in the early morning sunlight as the bluest of blue skies reflects off a translucent sea down in the bay this morning.
A few one foot and weak looking little waves are dribbling onto the Point while something more rideable is peaking off the Rip and at Booby’s. But it’s maybe not enough anyway to tempt anyone with a conscience in. Unless off course you have just come off a 12 hour shift at Treliske (and have washed your hands!), in which case glide away my friend, glide away!
But it is a beautiful morning, there’s no doubt about that.

Forecast for Wednesday 15th April 2020

Today will be a test for anyone with a surfboard; three feet of rhythmic little swell is likely to be being groomed by a steady offshore breeze beneath a bright blue sky all day long.
So, how selfish, selfless or self righteous would you like to be today?

Surf Conditions for the Start of Easter Week

Offshore winds are going to be pushing against a battling little swell all week long as some wetter weather briefly washes through at the beginning of the week.
But drier and brighter if a little chillier weather should soon return. Maybe not to the temperatures of last week nor quite the super clear or brighter than bright sunshine of lat week either but it should be pretty good and bright enough to help endure these seemingly endless days of lockdown.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay home, wash your hands and have a great Easter Week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
