As cold, arctic winds blow cold air to other parts of the country, warm sunshine continues to cheer us up locally on what promises to be another beautiful day, so far.
Seabirds are swooping and soaring to the sound of their own chirrup as tiny waves wash onto the high tide shore, the sea smooth and blue, reflecting the cloudless sky.
But it is going to cool down – a lot. And soon!

Surf Forecast for Monday 11th May 2020

We should continue to enjoy clear skies and plenty of bright sunshine, it’s just that there’s is going to be a cold, cold wind blowing down from the north east. And that will halve our recent temperatures, brrrr!

Conditions for the Start of the Week

A blustery and hard blowing north easterly wind is going to be blowing cold, cold air our way as we enter week number I don’t know of lockdown in the hope that our confinement is gradually coming to an end.
The warm and gentle air that we have enjoyed recently is going to be replaced by a stinging wind, the skies continuing to stay bright, dry and mainly clear.
That wind will continue to blow offshore all week long, smoothing the small swells as they shrink even more in size almost becoming flat by midweek.
Stay safe and stay happy and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
