Constantine (3*):  4 to 6 feet

It’s one of those calm and quiet, mizzle filled, silver mornings this morning, the boom beat bass of a thumping swell harmonising with the almost shrill shriek of the seabird choir.
An overhead and fairly glassy but close together swell is bouncing in, teasing with a few peelers but not offering an easy route out to them.
The tide will improve it all but the breeze will strengthen onshore this afternoon, so timing will be crucial to get the best of it today.

And we still have vacancies if you fancy joining our busy little team to work at the fabulous Constantine Bay this year?
Permanent and seasonal positions are available and we are proud to be an accredited Living Wage employer!

Harlyn (3*):  3 feet

Deceptive waves are slapping the almost low tide sand at Harlyn this morning, it looks tiny but is probably a decent three feet plus when you’re out there. Or it will be for sure on the incoming tide.
In the meantime those glassy waves are noisily closing out, all teasing and tempting but you just know that a little patience should pay off.
The trick will be catching the right stage of tide but before the breeze swings around and strengthens.
Lunchtime maybe?

Surf Forecast for Thursday 21st March 2024

The swell is likely to have dropped overnight but there should still be a pleasant and glassy three feet plus at our favourite surf breaks first thing.
The breeze is likely to swing onshore through midday, a light south westerly just slopping the higher tide peaks.
And we’ll have to wait and see whether Harlyn will be big enough.

Surf Conditions for the Rest of the Week

Another mixed up week should provide plenty of surf but we’re going to have to work to get the beat out of it!
The week will start out with fairly lacklustre conditions with bigger and choppier west facing breaks vying for our attention against those cleaner but much smaller sheltered spots.
The south westerly wind to start the week will ease in strength as we go along and by midweek we might be enjoying a brief spell of very calm and offshore breezes. Make the most of these conditions as that wind will soon revert to a brisk (and chillier) north westerly breeze at the end of the week, strengthening as we go into the weekend.
But that’s a little way off just yet and in the meantime, if we keep our eyes on it, there should be a few quality surf sessions to enjoy before then!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have the best week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
