Constantine (1*):  3 to 4 feet

It’s a grey and breezy start to the day, the touch of winter still with us as that bitterly cold nor’ westerly wind sweeps into the bay scattering three or four feet of broken waves ahead of it.
It’s dry so far and those waves are just about rideable but that’s about as much of a spin as I can put on it this morning!

Harlyn (1*):  2 feet

The wind is rattling in at Harlyn this morning, a chilling blast from the north west sweeping into the deserted bay, destroying any shape that the two or three feet of already broken up surf might have.
There are better things to do today than hope for some surf here.

Surf Forecast for Thursday 18th April 2024

We might just enjoy some cleaner surf to start the day today even though the size of any surf will have dropped but get in quick to make the most of it, the breeze will soon drift back north westerly, onshore everywhere locally.

Surf Conditions for the Rest of the Week

And here we go again for another bumpy ride of weather as strong north westerly winds screech and howl their way into our bays and coves for most of this week, dropping temperatures back to annoyingly chilly levels while destroying any surf that bounces our way.
That wind will start to calm through midweek, probably remaining onshore from the north west and probably remaining strong enough to junk out the smaller waves.
It might be well into the weekend before we see anything to get exited about surfwise this week!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have the very best week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
