Constantine (1*):  0 to 1 foot

The sun is shining brightly on another clear skied, summer’s morning, that same nor’ easterly breeze just adding a bite of chill in the shade.
The surf is a bit of a write-off, there might just be an almost shin high ripple or two drifting in and onto the occasional shallower sandbar but you could spend a long time waiting!
Still, the water is warm and the sun is shining down, so it’s still a great day for the beach!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

The chill north easterly, early morning breeze is chopping the surface of an otherwise flat sea at Harlyn this morning, the golden sand and translucent sea being brightened by the early morning sun of another fabulous summer’s morning.
There’s no surf at all here today but it is no less gorgeous for that!

Surf Forecast for Tuesday 9th August 2022

Another lovely summer’s day is expected with wall-to-wall sunshine, only light breezes and maybe, just maybe, the signs of a new swell staring to show itself through the afternoon.
Maybe.

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

A very pleasant summer’s week lies ahead of us as the tourist season settles into full swing with expected clear skies, constant sunshine and that light, refreshing breeze from the north north east.
The surf is unlikely to be too stimulating for most of the week although we are expecting a small pulse of clean and fun little swell through Thursday and into Friday. Those little waves are likely to be prettily shaped by that constant north easterly breeze drifting offshore, although we are going to be enjoying onshore sea breezes through the afternoons too.
So, early morning and late evening sessions will be the go this week but you might find yourself scratching around trying to find waves big enough to ride even then.
Still, it is high summer and the living is easy!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great summer’s week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
