Constantine (0*):  4 feet

Well it’s not raining this morning, not yet anyway.
But that cold wind is still whistling down the coast, a fresh autumnal north easterly blustering into four feet of thick and lumpy, rolling swell.
The sky is mainly that chill and unsettled grey but streaks of lighter stuff are maybe just hinting at something better soon, maybe.
The swell is forecast to gradually drop but that mid-teens wave-period should continue allowing the surf to stay relatively powerful. Now we just have to wait for the wind to ease back and life should be cushty!

Harlyn (0*):  3 feet

The north easterly wind is still rattling in at Harlyn this morning, that cold blow still chopping and blasting the three fete of broken and slopped surf.
It ain’t pretty and it ain’t inviting while not too far away there will be some very, very nice surf!
Another road trip then?

Surf Forecast for Saturday 16th November 2019

The wind should ease through the morning while settling more offshore too. So let’s hope the surf doesn’t get flattened!
But we should have some small but fun surf all day long with the weather improving a little too!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Quite a pleasant weekend looks lies in wait for us this weekend.
The winds and storms of the last how long should finally ease away, leaving light north easterly breezes, still bringing cold air down the coast but also allowing some clean surf to peel our way.
But of course as the wind dies away, so too do those swells.
We should be enjoying a couple of feet of clean and peeling surf at the usual spots on Friday with enough bright weather to tempt most people. By Sunday the breeze should have settled to the south east, a drier and milder direction, allowing a little more sunshine here and there.
A foot or two of steady little swell will be calling, knee to waist high little peelers reeling off our favourite surf breaks.
It could just be very pleasant this weekend!
Have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
