Constantine (4*):  4 to 6 feet

The car park carnage is a bit of an indicator as to how good the surf is this morning, and it is good, really good!
The only thing that stopped a five star rating this morning is the super high, super deep tide.
So, four to five feet and bigger waves are pitching and peeling off the Reef, a whole lot of water swirling around the rip and bumping across the lineup. Toby D is grabbing a few vertical drops followed by a couple of tuck ‘n runs among the rabble scrabble.
Give it a few hours and you can have your pick of lineups all along the coast!
Just wax ’em up and choose your favourite surf break for a Super Saturday Session!!

Harlyn (2*):  3 feet

The 8 metre tide is stopping the lined up little swell from breaking at Harlyn this morning, three feet of thick, rolling swell looking for somewhere to break and finally extinguishing on the vertical sand at the back of the beach dunes.
The house owners are going to be twitching for a few days with these tides!
Otherwise a fabulous day awaits the low cloud cover gradually thinning, the breeze mild and offshore, the surf pumping.
Have a good ‘un!

Surf Forecast for Sunday 20th September 2020

The weight of the swell is likely to have passed by today but a decent couple to three feet of solid little swell should still be beckoning, the breeze still offshore and with enough brightness and dryness to lure ’em all to the beach.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

So, here we go!
Those long awaited September swells are likely to start rolling our way through Friday night. Not getting big or anything but smooth and solid and even spaced and big enough.
This could just be one of life’s better weekends with a high teens wave period expected on three to four feet of rolling swell as it is groomed to perfection by a steady offshore breeze.
Throw in some late summer sunshine into the mix along with some pretty high tides and we have the recipe for a weekend of surfing wonder.
And now I’ve talked it up so much – you just know that we are ready to be let down!
But I don’t think so this weekend, it could just end up being quite special!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
