Constantine (2*):  3 to 4 feet

It’s a lighter one than forecast this morning, the air still, the sky a bright silvery blue, temperatures mild.
And there is some fun looking surf rolling through with three feet and bigger of fairly shapeless but occasionally peaky and shifty thick and lumpy lines of waves bundling themselves into the bay.
The tide will play a big part in getting the best out of it today as the breeze stays light but onshore from the west north west.

Harlyn (0*):  0 to 1 foot

Tiny little waves are snapping onto the sand at Harlyn this morning in the peaceful breeze of an early morning Summer’s day.
The sky is lightly overcast but the birdsong is sweet, the air temperature is mild and the sea looks inviting.
It might be time for a swim!?

Today’s Tide Times:

Surf Forecast for Sunday 26th May 2019

A fresher westerly wind is going to be blowing in some dampness today, welcome news to the gardeners and farmers but a little annoying for our holiday making visitors.
And of course that same wind is going to make the four feet or so of thick and lumpy surf all a little choppy and sloppy.
But we should still have some fun surf to play in, not great by any means but plenty of fun and always an air boosting opportunity for the more noble amongst us!

Surf Conditions for the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend

North westerly, onshore breezes are going to be settling in over the next few days as low pressure slowly drifts up the northern Atlantic.
So we can expect the fabulous conditions of the last few days to gradually give way to something only a little less cheery with a little more cloud and of course those onshore breezes.
But the surf will probably still be more than enough to keep the half-term holiday groms bouncing around the surf breaks in three to five foot and bumpy conditions all the way through the holidays.
The winds should stay light enough to make the surf attractive even as the swell builds into the weekend, the three to four foot swells gradually building to five or six feet by the end of the weekend.
Yep, it’s looking okay for a holiday weekend. Not great but very okay!
Have a great Bank Holiday Weekend wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
