Constantine (2*):  1 to 2 feet

Small and glassy (one to two feet), shimmering little waves are tripping off the shallow sandbars and rocky outcrops of the bay this morning, all front-lit by the early dawn sunlight of a gorgeous Summer’s day.
The air is still and calm, the sea a deep and smooth silver, the sky a blue of blues.
It is a beaut of a morning and the seabirds are loving it!
Wax ’em up, there’ll be some bigger waves later!

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

Harlyn is a scene of utter tranquility on this beautiful summer’s morning, the lake-like sea as smooth as silk to the horizon.
There’s no surf here today but other than that it is completely serene and calm and cosy and so, so inviting.
It’ll be worth unpacking the SUP for a glide around the bay today!

Today’s Tide Times:

Surf Forecast for Friday 31st July 2020

The breeze is soon going to shift more to the south west today, helping to push that three foot swell into something just slightly bigger, the surf slopping out on the west side but not quite big enough to get into Harlyn with any conviction either.
Still, the water is warm and there should be waves to drop in on at our main breaks so it should be worth getting in at least.

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

Onshore breezes are going to lump and bump the alkreday close together and sloppier little waves this weekend making for mixed surf conditions, the weather staying fine.
Saturday should see some bright enough weather with three feet of fairly sloppy little waves to play in while Sunday might cloud over for a while but that shouldn’t last too long, the surf being a couple to three feet and okay.
So, all in all a pleasant enough weekend awaits!
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
