Sunshine is blanketing us again as another fine and dry, sunny morning greets us but with that familiar early morning chill.
The surf is non-existent, the bay languishing in a super high tide stillness beckoning swimmers and paddleboarders and kayakers but with nothing to offer anyone with a surfboard.
Make the most of this morning weatherwise too, this afternoon could be a little cloudier.

Harlyn (0*):  Flat

A deserted Harlyn is alive with birdsong this morning, the smooth and waveless sea reflecting the cloudless sky in a blitz of watery blues stretching to the horizon.
If you have something floaty to paddle around on then this is your place today, or you could enjoy a swim across the bay.
That massive super moon is creating some massive tides this week which are coinciding with calm seas and light breezes presenting a fabulous place top play in.
Unless of course you want to surf – that’s not going to happen here for a while!

Today’s Tide Times:

Surf Forecast for Wednesday 28th April 2021

We might see the edge of that mild front that has been drifting down the country over the last day or so and that could bring the odd light shower our way.
The breeze is likely to have slipped offshore again today, a brisker north easterly which will also feel a little chilly too.
Apart from that though it should be bright enough overall and we might even see a little shin to knee-high wave on the incoming tide too!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

Another pleasant week lies in wait for us but with only tiny surf to play in and that might take some hunting down!
The week should start with a foot or so of clean and sharp, sunlit little surf, the breeze gradually turning onshore through Tuesday, a slow north westerly breeze chopping the surf and cooling the air.
The offshore breezes should return as we go towards the back half of the week and those days of gliding across shin to knee high, curling waves will return.
Another taste of summer vibes will be cosying us this week.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
