Big apologies for the erratic surfchecks lately, the computer seems to have completely died at last!  So we are resorting to a ‘phone and iPad combo till we get enough pennies together to replace the macbook. Hence the loss of quality on the images!

Anyway, today we are enjoying  a cooler if more  overcast start, the breeze still superlight and from the east north east with  a couple to three feet of friendly looking, fun surf galloping into the bay.  The sun will soon be back to brighten everything but in the meantime it’s quite nice to be enjoying a moment of cooler weather (and how often can we say that!?).

Harlyn (1*):  1 to 2 feet

It has been a while since we have seen any waves here hasn’t it?  But there’s a foot or maybe two of okay little waves spilling towards shore on the dropping tide.   So we might see something just a little better on the incoming tide through midday.

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  10:49  (1.4m)              High Tide:   16:45  (7.0m)

Surf Forecast for Thursday 12th July 2018

A northerly wind will be keeping temperatures slightly lower even though the sky should be bright with plenty of sunshine.  So it’s a shame that the surf will probably be real small and a little mixed up.  There should be enough to get going though!

Surf Conditions for the Start of the Week

Light, light breezes and wide open sunlit skies will continue to cheer us well into this week, those high temperatures continuing while the gardeners and farmers start to fret for more rain soon.
We might just see a shower or two during midweek but that’s not guaranteed either!
And the surf looks like it is going to continue to be borderline rideable, the middle of the week showing something just a bit bigger but only for a day or two.
But otherwise it looks like another fine and sunny, warm week ahead of us with just enough small but clean and very organised surf to make it worthwhile!
Have a great week, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
