Constantine (3*):  5 to 8 feet

That wind is a biter – it’ll gnaw you to the bone if you’re not wrapped up!
But it’s offshore and pushing into a solid four to six feet of barreling groundswell and the sky has that pale, ‘pretending to be summer’ look to it.
The swell is forecast to ease off in size while the east south easterly wind should also calm at least a little.
I think we’re in for a day of stand up barrels!

And it’s that time of the year – we’re recruiting!
As always, we want #thebeststaff!
So if you fancy joining the crew get an email to [email protected] to start as soon as you like!

Harlyn (3*):  2 to 3 feet

The East South Easterly wind is screeching across the wide open beach as the tide drops to low at Harlyn this morning and so the three to maybe, occasionally four foot set waves are hollow and closing out with a vengeance.
Straight handers are the only way to go right now but the tide should sort that all out although we are likely to see the size shrinking as we go along too.
Still, there’s plenty of choice of surf breaks for you to choose from with this solid swell and offshore winds!

Today’s Tide Times:

Low Tide:  10:12  (1.3m)              High Tide:  16:08  (6.7m)

Surf Forecast for Saturday 9th March 2024

We should still be ‘enjoying’ these brisk offshore winds throughout the day, the swell having decreased in size but still a couple to three feet and very, very surfable.
Throw in some of that pale winter – wants to be spring sunshine and we have the makings of another very pleasant day to go surfing!

Surf Conditions for the Weekend

A breezy weekend of two halves should keep us on our toes this weekend with Saturday continuing to enjoy brisk but calming offshores fussing and preening over a slowly shrinking swell while Sunday sees a swing to north easterly and then north westerly winds.
So more direct easterly winds will be blowing against a couple to three feet of mid-teens wave period swell, helping to shape and hollow those waves into fun and exciting little peelers.
Be quick though, that wind will back to the north west by lunch time, making for onshore and choppy conditions at our preferred surf spots.
Stay safe, stay happy, stay well and have the best weekend, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing!
